A 4 week program. Each Sunday, you will receive a 20 minute gentle Slow Flow class for all levels. A reminder will be sent when the class is ready on Sunday mornings, and you have all week to complete the class. You can also repeat the class as many times as you like during the week. These classes will combine slow movements with deep stretches, helping you to relieve tired muscles, while also moving stagnancies in the body. Free for members!
