I am passionate about moving in any other way than just sitting, standing and lying down. Our bodies are designed to do so much more! The days pass by and our bodies start to tighten up to the positions we are used to being in. This challenge is realistic, but powerful. We all have busy lifestyles, and to make time for a class can be difficult. I want you to commit to 10 minutes per day. The first 5 minutes will be freestyle Sun Salutations to get your body and blood moving. Then, the one vital piece and the easiest thing to bring into your daily habits, is to sit cross legged on the floor. Once you are finished the Sun Salutes, set a 5 minute alarm and sit on the floor, close your eyes and focus on your breath. See what comes up for you! Imagine if we can bring this into our daily routine now, and still be able to do it in our 80's?! Lets start off by being accountable for 21 days. All you need to do is click complete when you finish your challenge each day. After that, it will become a habit!
