Stress can show up in the body in many ways. Due to demand, I have designed this program to help others with physical pain, major health issues, quality of life, insomnia, panic attacks and anxiety. This program is even designed for those feeling a bit lost in their lives right now and needing some direction. This is a 6 week program leading us right up until Christmas Eve. Each Tuesday and Thursday I will go live via zoom during your lunch break at 1.05pm, where we can practice stress reducing techniques together. (Recordings will be available for repeat over 7 days) Tuesdays - 10 minute Breathwork sequence Thursdays - 20 minute Meditation practice, based on Nidra principles, learning how to relax and drop into the parasympathetic nervous system. You will learn how to be aware of your body and breath. You will notice how your body reacts when stressed, and learn techniques of how to reduce the stress response, in turn helping your body to heal. Absolutely nothing needed to participate, each class can be practiced in a chair, lying on your bed or even sitting in your car. Lets do this, lets commit to looking after ourselves in the run up to Christmas.
