What we offer...

 

Take time to get out and active before Christmas in the Kingdom of Kerry.  Kenmare is a small town in the south of County Kerry and is a haven of tranquility, gourmet food, superb accommodation, Golf Courses, Riding & Trekking and breathtaking scenery in one of the most natural, unspoiled environments in Europe. For our venue, we have chosen the renowned 5 star Park Hotel Kenmare overlooking the bay, in the heart of Ireland's most scenic countryside.

You will start your weekends activities with a gentle yin style yoga class in the cabin to release and relax after the journey down. Your mornings will then begin with an early revitalizing Ashtanga  practice, stimulating your energy for the day ahead. Included in the weekend, you will be guided on a spectacular remote hike across the old Killarney to Kenmare road, which is part of the famous Kerry Way.

 

On return to the hotel, the onsite award winning Spa will be waiting to help you revive after your days activities.

 

Daily Program...

 

Friday:

6.00pm : Introduction, welcome talk, preparation and discussion for the weekends’ activities.

6.15 - 7.15pm : Gentle Stretch and Relax Class (Yin Yoga)

8.00pm: Dinner 

 

Saturday:

8.00 - 9.15am : Morning Energizing Yoga (Ashtanga Vinyasa)

9.30am : Breakfast 

10.30 - 1.30pm : Guided Hike across part of the Kerry Way

2.30pm : Free time to have lunch, and recuperate in the Spa Thermal Suite. (Not included)

6.00 .- 7.00pm : Yoga Nidra (Conscious Sleep, Guided Meditation)

8.00pm - Dinner (Not included)

8.00am-9.30am : Morning Flow Yoga & Reflection 

9.30am : Breakfast

11.00am : Serenity Walk of Kenmare Bay

Your level of Yoga...

 

All classes are open to complete beginners, and also for those who are more experienced. Our focus will be on gentle movement and relaxation, getting out and active before the Christmas season arrives.
