It takes 3 weeks for something to become a habit. I offer 8 places each month for nutritional coaching. This is perfect for anyone wishing to improve their nutrition, lose weight, be healthier or just to get you back on track. You will receive a shopping list of what to buy and what not to buy over the 3 week course. A food diary must be kept and sent to me at the end of each week before our coaching call. You will have me on call for any questions that may arise during each week and one to one zoom coaching calls are arranged at times that suit you. Our next course starts on Sunday 1st of October for 3 weeks.
