Pop up Sunday evening Yin Yoga Check events
Beginners Yoga classes are for complete beginners and is a gentle style of yoga which may help those with injuries or limited mobility.
Intermediate Ashtanga classes are for those who have a good knowledge of the basic half Primary series sequence. There is a good pace to the class flowing from one pose to the next. Not suitable for beginners.
Mixed level Ashtanga classes work through part of the Primary series and are open to mixed levels of practitioner, for those who have completed the beginners course, and also for those who have advanced their practice as there are different options given for each level.
NEW Beginners Vinyasa Yoga with Christina is open to every level especially complete beginners. These classes focus on alignment flowing from one pose to the next with the breath.
Yin Yoga is for those who prefer a gentler style of Yoga and is a good complement to Ashtanga Yoga. It is also great for those who have ongoing pain issues/injuries, whatever it may be...physical, mental, emotional. Mat based exercises.
