An Ashtanga Yoga course, 3 classes per week over 4 weeks. This course is open to all levels, except complete beginners. Practice at your own pace from the comfort of your own home. Options 1 (easy) - 3 (advanced) are given in each class, for each pose.
Each week will include 3 active Ashtanga classes. (live and recorded).
Live schedule is as follows:
Mondays - 11am (45 minutes)
Wednesdays - 6.30pm (1 hour Half Primary)
Fridays - 8am (45 minutes)
All classes will be recorded and sent out to all participants, so no need to worry if you miss the live class. These recordings will stay available until the following live class which means you will always have a class available throughout the 4 weeks. Booking link below.
Beginners Lunchtime Yoga
We also have a beginners course which is a 20 minute lunch time class, live and recorded on Mondays at 1pm.
The recording is available to access for the week and should be repeated at least 3 times to learn the poses and make full use of the course. Booking link below.
For each course...
We will have an optional online group platform where we can connect with each other, ask questions, pop in requests and to stay updated. I will be including lots of tips and ideas to help keep us all motivated during these 4 weeks in March.
