Online Membership

Choose between Ashtanga Yoga, Yin yoga, Slow Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

 

Join our Yoga Community for 7 days (€‎12), 4 weeks (€‎35) or choose a subscription to help keep you motivated throughout the year (€‎25 per month).  With these plans, you have access to the following:

 

- a Class a day Calendar, with beginners or intermediate levels to choose from each day,

- specialized Yoga Programs,

- a Class Library with over 150 classes and

- a Private Members Forum.

 

As a bonus, we have the opportunity to come together for our Wellness Walks as part of each plan, to meet others and get out for some well needed fresh air!

Nutritional Coaching

Want help to improve your diet and learn new healthier habits that will stay with you for life? I offer coaching sessions which work with you each week one to one, in person or via zoom, helping you to tweek your diet step by step and keep you on track towards your goals.

Each week you will receive 2-3 changes to bring into the following week, this way you wont feel bombarded to change your diet all at once. This is completely personalized, finding out what works for you without taking away foods that you really love. It is realistic in the approach that you can have your cake and eat it, but knowing how to weigh out the empty calories with the nutrient dense foods.

Each session is on average 20 minutes each week, and costs €20. Once you feel you have enough changes to implement and focus on, you only need to book a session whenever you feel you need to be pulled back in line.
