Stress Management Program
Stress can show up in the body in many ways. Due to demand, I have designed this program to help others with physical pain, major health issues, quality of life, insomnia, panic attacks and anxiety. This program is even designed for those feeling a bit lost in their lives right now and needing some direction.
Tuesdays - 10 minute Breathwork sequence
Thursdays - 20 minute Meditation practice, based on Nidra principles, learning how to relax and drop into the parasympathetic nervous system.
