Nutritional Coaching

Want help to improve your diet and learn new healthier habits that will stay with you for life? I offer coaching sessions which work with you each week one to one, in person or via zoom, helping you to tweek your diet step by step and keep you on track towards your goals.

Each week you will receive 2-3 changes to bring into the following week, this way you wont feel bombarded to change your diet all at once. This is completely personalized, finding out what works for you without taking away foods that you really love.

Each session is on average 20 minutes each week, and costs €20.
